Transforming lives through meaningful connection, education, and mentorship is at the heart of everything I do. As a high school English Language Arts teacher at an all-boys charter school in the heart of Rochester, NY, with a Bachelor's degree in English, a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership, and as an incoming PhD student in the Doctorate of Education in Executive Leadership program at St. John Fisher University, I bring a unique blend of classroom expertise and leadership insight to empower young minds and build bridges to success. 

 

My path to founding Jsay Strategy Solutions, LLC was shaped by a decade on the front lines of youth advocacy. Regardless of the job title, role, or field I'm in, the mission remains the same: social impact, community wellness, and empowering the next generation. From providing young women with in-patient mental health services through the New York State Office of Mental Health to serving a population of over 740,000 while answering over 1 million calls annually and collaborating with 84 different public safety agencies as a 911 Police Dispatcher, I witnessed the profound impact that timely, compassionate support can have on young lives. These experiences haven't just informed my approach—they've transformed it.

 

In today's rapidly evolving world, young people face unique challenges and pressures. From managing online reputations and digital footprints to navigating information overload, digital addiction, and uncertainty about future careers in a rapidly changing job market, the journey to self-discovery has never been more complex. Trying to navigate dealing with heightened anxiety, increased awareness of social issues and injustice, and the challenge of managing relationships both online and offline — sometimes you need guidance from someone with experience and a proven track record. That's why I've developed comprehensive programs that speak directly to these modern needs and build lasting foundations for success.
